DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Our UK delivery rate is £4.95

UK deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive with you. During busy periods this may be slightly extended, however we try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Deliveries to remote locations may take a little longer to reach you. If you have any queries regarding your delivery or foresee there being an issue with us shipping your order as you live in a remote locale, please email us at hello@herownstore.com before ordering. We will try our best to give you a clear estimation on delivery times and if we are able to ship to your address. We apologise in advance if our shipping methods cannot reach you easily or incur higher charges.

UK deliveries include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

PLEASE NOTE:

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Deliveries may require a signature on delivery. If your order is being delivered by any delivery service and you will be unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for your order.

HEROWN cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions that you give to the delivery company. For example, if you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given to us at the time of your order (e.g. in a ‘safe place’, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

For your safety and security we do not deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus or Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
