RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with both the service provided by HEROWN as well as our products. You can find out how to return or exchange an item below. If you are still uncertain email us: hello@herownstore.com

RETURNS

We accept returns on all orders if the goods are un-opened, unused and received by us as originally dispatched. Unfortunately, this is currently at the customers expense and we advise that any returned item is sent via a recorded delivery method to the following address;

When returning goods to us, we advise to send via a tracked delivery service and keep the tracking number safe so you can quote it in any correspondence with us. If your return fails to reach us and you cannot provide proof of postage, HEROWN cannot be held responsible for any failure in receiving your returned order.

Once we have received your goods we will send you an email confirming this and any necessary next steps.

Full price items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them. Goods must be accompanied by a copy of your sales invoice. Discounted or promotional items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or an exchange.

REFUNDS
Upon acceptance of the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the invoiced amount including the original shipping charges, if applicable, per your order.

Please send the item(s) back to us at the address provided on your sales invoice (also noted above). During extended promotional periods, please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed once it has been received by us. If we need to get in touch with you regarding your returned item, we will use the contact information that you have provided to process your order.

Any refund will be made via the same payment method used to make your purchase.

If you have not received a refund to your account after more than 14 days, please show our email confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for any other HEROWN product, please email us to discuss this with us, we are always on hand to help and advise.

Any approved exchange will be sent to you without incurring any additional postage charges. Exchanged items are subject to availability. We will advise you at the point of contact whether the product you wish to exchange for is in stock. If you wish to proceed with an exchange we will hold this item for 10 days whilst we await your returned item before re-releasing for general sale. If you have a change of heart and no longer wish to exchange an item, it is really helpful to know this, a short email would be welcomed. If you foresee any delays in the delivery of your returned item, please send us a quick email.

All items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with all accompanying documents, un-tampered stickers, with undamaged outer packaging and the inner product unused. HEROWN reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that certain products cannot be returned for reasons of health & hygiene.
